Basic page design (Not definate)

You asked me for critique, so:

The page is laid out in a way that can be navigated well, so that's good. When you make the pages however, remember that on most devices, scroll bars are a little annoying.

Otherwise, the only thing which you might have trouble with is the dog at the top left corner, and how it overlaps a button and part of the page.
